Now, today's post is for these adorable Christmas reindeer biscuits. They're quick and easy to make, making them the perfect last minute Christmas treat

Frosted Chocolate Chip Banana Cupcakes

Hello Everyone!
Long time no see, but I am back this week with a new recipe that I'm super happy with :) Whenever I feature a recipe with bananas, it is most likely because I have been forced to utilise them before they go completely inedible; and as a result I have made some frosted banana and chocolate chip muffins

Piped Cookie Bars

Hi Everybody!
This week's post was a first for me; cookie bars with a marshmallow frosting! The frosting turned out amazingly, as it did taste like marshmallows but it contains no gelatin and it's dairy free (double bonus :D) The contrast between the texture of both the biscuit and the frosting worked really well together

Mini Baked Cake Donuts

Hi Everyone!
This week's post is for mini cake donuts which are both simple and quick to make. Depending on how you choose to decorate these donuts, you can create either quite a striking or quite a subtle product. Also as these donuts are mini, they take much less time to decorate, saving time between the baking and eating of them ;-)
In addition to this week's blog post, I can confirm that I am now officially back to my usual weekly Sunday posts! Wooo!
So let's get started...

Chocolate Banana Cookies

Hi Everyone!
This post is pretty much the result of having too many ripe bananas in my kitchen :) As this recipe has bananas and eggs in it, it resulted in quite cakey cookies, but I'm not complaining as they still taste amazing! As these cookies have both fruit and oats in them, I like to tell myself that they're healthier than your average cookie (so you can justify eating the half the batch right?)

Royal Red Velvet Bites

Hello Everybody!
This week's post is running a bit late (what's new), as I'm trying to find the right balance between work, study and baking/blogging. I promise I'm getting better and in the next week or so my blog will be back to its regular Sunday posts.
Now on to what this post is all about; Royal Red Velvet Bites. I recently received some adorable sprinkles from the brand Cake Angels,  (check out their website for tons of baking inspiration or their
store for all your decorating needs) and I instantly knew that I wanted to make a post that incorporated both the sprinkles and red velvet. The result was these decedent, yet mini cakes

Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with an Oreo Base

Hi Everyone!
Happy Sunday, and hopefully this week's blog post will make your day even sweeter! This week I'm sharing a recipe for this luxuriously creamy baked vanilla cheesecake. I decided to jazz it up by using an Oreo base instead of a traditional plain base, which resulted in a striking monochrome baked cheesecake. However, I think it's best to leave a warning here that this cheesecake requires overnight cooling, so it's best to make it the day before you'd like to have it!

Dairy, Gluten & Egg Free Gingerbread Men - Diet Friendly Fridays

Hello Everybody!
I hope you've all had a good week and you're now ready for some weekend baking! This month's Diet Friendly Friday post is for a classic treat; gingerbread men. As you can see from the title, this recipe contains no gluten, dairy or eggs, I want to say that it's also vegan but as it contains honey I'm not quite sure that I can make that claim. This recipe is sure to bring back some fond childhood memories of munching on gingerbread men

Spring Sheep Biscuits

Hello Everyone!
Whenever I hear the word 'spring', I immediately think of lambs, chicks and flowery fields. Therefore I decided to incorporate my idea of spring into biscuit form to create this week's post! I know this post is for sheep biscuits and spring is technically more about lambs, but let's just ignore the slight difference and focus on how adorable these biscuits are ;)

Vegan Blueberry Muffins - Diet Friendly Fridays

Hi Everyone!
This week's post is going up on a Friday as part of my new series, Diet Friendly Fridays! I plan to post to this series once a month but there could be some sneaky extra posts. Fortunately, I don't suffer with any food allergies or intolerances but I know it's quite a common issue, so I want to have a space on my blog that caters to those who do!
The series will be starting off with these vegan blueberry muffins that are also, of course, dairy and egg free (as well as delicious!)

New Year, New Cookies

Hi Everyone!
I hope the New Year has been going well for you so far (yes all three days of it) I was thinking about what my first blog post of 2016 should be when I decided on cookies; tasty, easy and who doesn't love them?!
I like how these cookies don't flow out into the "perfect" circle so they have a nice homemade vibe about them. I also made mine quite small, using a mini ice-cream scoop, so they're perfect for snacking on. They also look pretty simple but taste amazing
