Peach Crumble

 Hi Everyone!
This week we're making peach crumble!! I have been using this recipe since I was in primary school and it's easily still one of my all time favourites. The combination of the hot peaches with the crunchy and oaty crumble make for the ultimate comfort food
So let's get started...

You will need:
  • 25g plain flour
  • 50g wholemeal flour
  • 50g butter
  • 50g soft brown sugar
  • 50g porridge oats
  • two tins of sliced peaches/ approximately 400g

1. Preheat your oven to 190°C

2. Rub the butter into the plain and wholemeal flour until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs
3. Stir in the sugar and oats

4. Take a chopping board and cut each peach slice into about 4 pieces

5. Place the peach pieces directly into your chosen baking tray, evenly spreading them out on the base

6. Spoon the crumble mixture on top of the peaches

7. Pop into the oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes

8. Once baked, remove from the oven and enjoy!

And you're done!
I hope you enjoyed this post, thank you all for reading and I'll be back again soon :)
