Welcome back to another blog post :D This week we're making Cream Cheese and Chocolate Chip Blondies. These blondies are light, creamy, cake-like and delicious! If you're the type of person that finds brownies too rich and heavy, then these will be the perfect alternative for you,
So let's get started...
You will need:
2. Mix together the cream cheese and chocolate chips until combined and set aside
3. Beat the butter and sugars togther until pale and creamy
4. Add one egg at a time, mixing after each addition
5. Lastly add the flour and baking powder and mix again
6. Pour half the mixture into the tray and smooth it down
7. Spoon half the cream cheese and chocolate chip mixture into the tray and lightly blend together the two mixtures
8. Add the reminder of both the mixtures and blend again
9. Pop the mixture into the oven for about 42 minutes, until golden brown
10. When the blondies are cool, you can cut them up and enjoy

- 100g milk chocolate chips
- 100g dark brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250g plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 10x6.5" baking tray
