Pumpkin Cupcakes with Spiced Maple Frosting

Hi Everbody!
Welcome back to another autumn-inspired post. This year I was determined to get my hands on some pure pumpkin flesh without having to actually scoop it out of a fresh pumpkin. While canned pumpkin seems to be readily available in the US for about $2, this is definitely not the case here in Ireland. I took a trip to a specialised american sweet shop and got myself a can of Libby's Pure Pumpkin for a staggering 4.95!  However I think it was completely worth it for the baking and festive sake. The idea I had in mind was a pumpkin based cupcake topped with some appropriately spiced buttercream

Mini Heart-Shaped Baked Raspberry Cheesecakes

Hello Everyone!
Welcome back to my blog; today's post is for a recipe that I've been trying to perfect for a while. Personally I'm not a fan of 'regular' cheesecake, but baked cheesecakes however are a completely different story. Whenever I come across a baked cheesecake, I have to try it! So for this post I decided to make my own mini & heart-shaped baked cheesecakes

This tart is definitely not for the faint-hearted and you need to really adore citrus as it's bursting with lemony goodness! The recipe is broken into two parts; the pastry and the lemon filling

Welcome back to my blog, this week's post features one of my all time favourite treats; mini tea scones! I have used and loved this recipe since I was in school and I hope you'll love it too.
