Vegan Peach Cake

Hello Everyone!
Today we are making vegan peach cake. This cake was the result of some errors, at first I wanted to make peach pie but the base ended up way too soggy (Mary Berry would be thoroughly disappointed), then I wanted to make a cake with the peaches sitting on top but they sunk :( I then had to improvise by trying to make the cake look appealing since the peaches had all disappeared inside of it, and this is the result...

Welcome back to my blog! Today's post is for a mini checkerboard drip cake that I made to celebrate my birthday with some family. I was really happy with how this cake turned out and you can also alternate the colours to make it look less like a Battenberg cake
