My Go-To Cupcake Recipe

Hello Everybody!
This week's blog post is the second in my series of 'Go-To' posts. Whenever I need a batch of cupcakes this is the recipe that I always go for. I find these cupcakes to be soft and fluffy on the inside but have a nice firm outside, which is perfect for some piping. I hope you enjoy these cupcakes as much as I do and let's get started...

This week's blog post is another step-by-step tutorial and it's for these 'Lemonly Lemon Muffins'. I was inspired to make these as I had a jar of lemon curd in the fridge that was coming up to its best before date. I was also given these coffee shop like brown paper cases and I was dying to use them!

Banana & Chocolate Cupcakes

HELLO EVERYONE!!
Welcome to my first ever blog post! I decided to bake these delicious banana & chocolate cupcakes as I had a handful of bananas sitting in the fruit bowl that were in need of some loving. I was flipping through some recipe books when I spotted this recipe and I knew that it was ideal for my 'mature' bananas.
