Hi Everyone!Today we are going to be making a lime curd swiss roll. In my life I've eaten many swiss rolls (surprise surprise) but it was only last year that I made one for the first time. Last week I attempted to make a swiss roll with a different recipe; I forgot to add the egg yolks and it was a disaster. Attempt two happened this week and worked out perfectly and I thought that I would share the recipe with you all
