Mini Baked Cake Donuts

Hi Everyone!
This week's post is for mini cake donuts which are both simple and quick to make. Depending on how you choose to decorate these donuts, you can create either quite a striking or quite a subtle product. Also as these donuts are mini, they take much less time to decorate, saving time between the baking and eating of them ;-) 
In addition to this week's blog post, I can confirm that I am now officially back to my usual weekly Sunday posts! Wooo!

Chocolate Banana Cookies

Hi Everyone!
This post is pretty much the result of having too many ripe bananas in my kitchen :) As this recipe has bananas and eggs in it, it resulted in quite cakey cookies, but I'm not complaining as they still taste amazing! As these cookies have both fruit and oats in them, I like to tell myself that they're healthier than your average cookie (so you can justify eating the half the batch right?)

Royal Red Velvet Bites

Hello Everybody!
This week's post is running a bit late (what's new), as I'm trying to find the right balance between work, study and baking/blogging. I promise I'm getting better and in the next week or so my blog will be back to its regular Sunday posts.
Now on to what this post is all about; Royal Red Velvet Bites. I recently received some adorable sprinkles from the brand Cake Angels,  (check out their website for tons of baking inspiration or their
store for all your decorating needs) and I instantly knew that I wanted to make a post that incorporated both the sprinkles and red velvet. The result was these decedent, yet mini cakes
